Pricing FAQ

Why £99 per cohort?

It's the floor that lets me deliver 24-hour turnaround sustainably. Anything cheaper attracts low-volume time-wasters; anything pricier excludes the small care providers I most want to help. £99 is one tank of fuel and one CIPD-qualified review.

Can I trial before committing?

Pay-per-cohort doesn't lock you in — the first cohort IS the trial. If you don't like the report, don't pay. I'd rather lose £99 than push a tool that doesn't fit.

What happens if I cancel the retainer?

30-day rolling cancellation. Email me, the next direct debit doesn't go through. Any in-flight cohorts complete to the same SLA.

Do I keep my data?

Yes. CVs and JDs are deleted 7 days after delivery. Audit PDFs and order metadata kept for 18 months for tribunal defensibility unless you ask me to delete sooner. ICO Subject Access Requests honoured within 30 days.

What's the replacement guarantee on full agency?

If a placed candidate leaves (or is dismissed for cause): within 30 days I refund 100% of the placement fee; within 60 days, 75%; within 90 days, 50%. Beyond 90 days no rebate. This aligns my incentives with yours: I don't get paid to place people who churn.

Do you do contingent or retained search?

Both, on a case-by-case basis. The Full Agency tier above is contingent (10% on placement). Retained search starts at £3,000 down + £3,000 on shortlist + £3,000 on placement for senior or hard-to-fill roles — let's talk.
